ZERO OIL HEALTHY CARROT SOUP

INGREDIENT: 4 cups carrot (chopped) Salt as per taste Black pepper powder as per taste 2 1/2 cup water METHOD: Boil carrot in cooker and blend it, Then transfer it into a pan on medium flame, add 1/2 cup water, salt & pepper Mix well, stir and cook it for 3 to 4 min Serve hot & enjoy healthy life.

Food that should avoid by typhoid  patients are:  High fiber food like whole grain flour  broccoli,  whole pulses, peas, bran flakes, beans, cabbage, turnips, cauliflower, radish, chick peas, oregano, thyme, chili, pear, pineapple and junk food like pizza, french fries, burgers & etc.
