ZERO OIL HEALTHY CARROT SOUP

INGREDIENT:

4 cups carrot (chopped)

Salt as per taste

Black pepper powder as per taste

2 1/2 cup water

METHOD:

Boil carrot in cooker and blend it,

Then transfer it into a pan on medium flame, add 1/2 cup water, salt & pepper

Mix well, stir and cook it for 3 to 4 min

Serve hot & enjoy healthy life.
