ZERO CHOLESTEROL PORRIDGE WITH BANANA AND STRAWBERRY

1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g porridge oats
  • 4 tsp demerara sugar
  • 450 ml skimmed milk
  • 3 bananas , sliced
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 150g fat-free natural yogurt
  • DIRECTION:
take a pan add oats,sugar, cinnamon,milk banana and bring it to boil while stirring occasionally turn off the stove and mix it for 4 to 5 min ,take it into a bowl add strawberries & yogurt and enjoy healthy life.
