ZERO CHOLESTEROL PORRIDGE WITH BANANA AND STRAWBERRY
INGREDIENTS: 1/2 tsp cinnamon 100 g porridge oats 4 tsp demerara sugar 450 ml skimmed milk 3 bananas , sliced 400 g strawberries 150g fat-free natural yogurt DIRECTION: take a pan add oats,sugar, cinnamon,milk banana and bring it to boil while stirring occasionally turn off the stove and mix it for 4 to 5 min ,take it into a bowl add strawberries & yogurt and enjoy healthy life.
